Exchanges
Puddleducks strives to offer only the highest quality items, so if you or the gift
recipient is not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will
cheerfully exchange it for you within 30 days.

Please make sure all merchandise has the original tags.
At Puddleducks we make returns and exchanges real easy for our customers. Just
repackage the items in the original shipping box provided (or whatever you have on
hand) and ship back to the address below. Please make sure you include the size and
style you need for an exchange. We will then re-ship you the merchandise in a timely
fashion.

Shipping
All U.S. orders are shipped via Priority US Postal Service. Shipping and handling
charges are determined by the size of the merchandise. The shipping fee is different
for each package ranging from $7.00 and up. All charges are calculated before
taxes. All orders are subject to verification.

Gifts
Gift Boxes
For no extra charge you can have your Puddlducks purchase sent in a beautiful, high-
quality signature gift wrap. Our customers tell us how thrilled they are to give gifts in
our boxes, knowing it’s impossible to not get excited when you receive one of our gift-
wrapped packages! The recipient is sure to recognize the Puddleduck’s beautiful gift
wrap and will know that whatever surprise lies inside, it’s definitely going to be good.

Gift Cards
Even if you choose not to have a gift box, we are very happy to hand-write a note to
your gift recipient. These, of course, are complimentary--and we all have nice
handwriting!
